The (Insert Adjective Here) Flea!

The _____ Flea is coming!    As a fund raiser and a way to showcase student work, The Art Club is creating a cool new zine. The first issue is The Technotronic Flea and will be out in October. It will feature student made comic strips that will be serialized. (You have to buy the next issue to see what happens next!) If you know somebody who does their own comic book or strip, have them contact me. All work should be school appropriate. Other types of art are welcome too. We will also have features like – Teacher’s Corner – where a teacher will show you how well they can (or can’t) draw.

The kids are very excited! Please join the staff of The _____ Flea!
Help us pick the next random adjective for next issue’s cover!

Meet Leonardo DaVinci!

Yes, I know he’s long dead, but you can see his art for a limited time at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta. Oct.6, 2009-Feb.21, 2010
